Happy Day of Love!!!

It doesn't matter who you are, where you are, what you look like, what you do...you. are. loved!

I am about half way done with my Temple of Light guided meditation and am really looking forward to sharing it soon....It's such a powerful tool in the process of finding the greatest love of all.....self love! Meanwhile ...I've been thinking a lot about bliss lately.....pretty appropriate for Valentine's Day yes? I have always been a voracious reader, devouring every kind of book under the sun....I usually go through phases...do you know what I mean? One of my longest phases was the "Follow your bliss and you will manifest the perfect life" phase.....Joseph Campbell, Shakti Gawain, Abraham Hicks, The Secret, ..anything about manifesting the best life possible...If you follow what you love, the road will clear, the path will open up, abundance will flow, love will knock on your door!! But here's the thing, sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. So when it didn't work for me, I would dive into self punishment....I didn't do it right, I don't deserve it, I'm not good enough after all, blah blah blah....and I found that concept alone wasn't quite working for me.....because doesn't it set up a huge possibility to feel like a failure?

so.....

The philosophy that has stayed with me throughout? Be here now, be grateful for every single moment, and learn to forgive yourself....and others....learn who you are, accept it and honor it. You may think you must succeed in one career or you will have failed!...but that is never, ever the case. Know that life will give you punches and kicks ...and learn how to roll out of them gracefully...while giving yourself a moment to feel "wow that really sucked"....and then back on the horse you go.Treasure those who love you and whom you love, and keep them close...find joy in the success of others...never compare... and if you bless someone the moment you see them, you won't judge them. Look for laughter, look for light, and bring it to others.

This week I had the honor of being a guest on the Podcast Wonder and Awe with Louie Schwartzberg of Moving Art.....we talked about nature and music being strong healing forces for the world, what that means, and a bit about how it works.....I played a few pieces live...we shared some of the work we've done together. Take a moment and tune in.... it's a lovely way to celebrate Valentine's Day!!

Thank you for reading and I wish you love and light always and forever. Lisbeth
